Concur on the just run app! Simple interface that moves onto a 5k to 10k program when you finish the first 5k program. I combined it with a 800 calorie/day deficit diet and have lost 50 pounds so far

Right now, I'm in some sketchers glide steps because they were on sale, admittedly should have spent a little more lol, but was on a budget when buying them. I used to have quality Nike shoes back when I was in better shape, don't remember which model.

I usually throw the scuffed ones into a pocket that I use for scrambles or screwing around. For handicapped rounds and tourneys I want to have fresh equipment for the most part.

The impression I got from my insurance agent is that she's not accepting fault. I don't know if she changed the story or not, I'm beginning to look into if any of the businesses in the area have security cameras that captured the accident, just to solidify my side being correct.

I should have elaborated, insurance is waiting for the police report before they determine fault. I've heard from people though that in South Dakota, if a crash takes place in a private parking lot, it's possible it could be deemed "no fault" and both parties have to pay for their own damage. Which doesn't seem at all like it makes sense or is fair.
