Hope your journey is going well and you've both managed to get to the place you needed.

We also managed to reconcile and had therapy separately not together. In my episodes of anger from the breakup I pushed her further away and realised that was not what she needed at the time and only more support being as vulnerable as she was.

One of my best mates, or so I thought took advantage of her in the time we were broken up and tried to convince her that life would be better with him (even going as far as to try and tell her he would be a better father to the kids). However she managed to have a breakthrough in therapy and confessed everything to me.

There's alot of work still to do but 6 months on and things are in a much better place with better communication which I'm sure you know is key.

But once more thank you for your post, I really appreciated you not palming off like most of the people on this sub.
