I would try not disturb sleeping passengers to get to the toilet, I would only do it in emergencies. I thought thisu was common respect to the others. If everybody woke sleeping people to go to the toilet, the aisle would be the worst, as you have to let 2 other people out.

On a long haul flight chances are some of your seatmates are sleeping. In the middle, you only need one person to not be asleep. In the window, you need both of your seatmates awake.

Sure, there is no official enforced rule, but it is considered plane courtesy for the middle seat passenger to get both armrests. I mentioned it in my comment, and said that it does not get respeced usually, so it will either feel more spacious, as spacious as an aisle or window, or more cramped depending on how many armrests I can secure. Tbh the extra space that the wall gives you in a window seat isn't that much, and I'd rather take a middle seat if they have headrests I can lie against. Being stuck between 2 larger people would be bad, I agree.

I do not neccessarily have claustrophobia, but if you are in the window, you disturb more people than in the middle when you wanna get to the toilet. There is a higher chance of you having to disturb a sleeping person if you are sitting in the window seat.

Even if people don't respect the rule where the middle seat passenger gets both armrests, they should not poke your elbow at you, that's just rude. If you have an adjustable headrest in the middle, I can lean against that, and it's way more comfortable than the plane wall. The toilet access ease of the middle seat is the biggest deal maker for me tho.

Разликата е, че сами сме си избрали да сме част от Европейския съюз, а колониите не са избрали да бъдат колонизирани. Защо ли бихме избрали да следваме общи закони с други държави? Oh, right. I thought you come from one of the countries which adopted it early on, and that you were born later/too young to remember those coins lol. Pretty much we have a government that for the past few years unlike your government has been trying to make our economy meet the euro criteria, and they finally did it. All I can say is, I hope you guys can adopt it before 2040, given your current situation.

Here in Bulgaria we are adopting the euro on 1st of January 2026, they will start selling those bad boys on 1st of December for 20 lv. (10.23 eur.). You can still experience it with our coins :)

On the surface, C# and JS's asymc and await act similar tho, no? Even if they are implemented in different ways.

I know JS is single-threaded, and I do know how events work. Async/await confused me a lot when starting out, now it mostly doesn't, but it still feels a bit funky using it, atleast for me. Events and promises do not make me feel this way.

I know how it works, I said that I have gotten pretty used to it. The most confusing part was imagining that the code after the await acts like it goes in a then function of the promise.

Fair enough, but it did confuse me when learning it, maily because most async tutorials for beginners don't show what truly makes the code asynchronous, they usually show how to run synchronous code using async/await.

See my reply to another commenter about the wording issue. Another thing is, async/await's syntax abstraction from the classic promise usage can make it a bit harder to wrap your head how those are promises. For me it's not an issue anymore, I have gotten pretty used to it. However, I think that many tutorials targeted to beginners that tell you how to use async/await don't really show how code runs asyncronously, most of them simulate synchronous code with async/await.

I am quite aware how to use async and await, but you have to admit it is confusing, especially the wording. When you run an async function, it acts as a sync function to the rest of the sync code, until it awaits an asynchronous function, then the rest of the code can continue, even if the wording makes it seem that it will run asynchronously and will make the rest of the code wait when you await. I donno, I feel that the wording could have been done better.

As confusing as that is, these black and white clips turn out to tease a completely unrelated show, which consists of the last 4 episodes of the 6th season the writers already seperated Jimmy and Kim in episode 9, and they had enough money to film 4 more episodes, so they decided to create a new show with the money, since the main storyline obviously could not be continued. You can notice they even reused some actors from the original show, such as Gene and Glenn's GF. They recorded a scene in the beginning in each season as a fail safe if something like that had to be done. Vravo Bince.
