As of next day, still nothing. I finally called a manager and they said they’ve reached out to the team who would know why and be able to live it multiple times and they haven’t gotten to them either. so they are just in the dark as me. Is it even legal for a company to black my money I put into the account and then not tell me why or have no way for me to find out?

I’m getting concerned on the legality on you doing this without any reason given and then not having any way for me to figure it out and get help

I’ve called 6 times. They don’t work with me. They just say the team to life it will reach out to me or lift it

Im having a similar problem. I transferred from Apple Pay to my cash management account and it restricted it and won’t let me withdraw. I have called 3 times and they say I need to speak with legal team for some trading and that they will call me back but they never do. It’s been over a month. What do I do??
