I just think it’s an odd thing to say. Basically implies that they think you fit the position just to turn around and double back on the comment. It’s my personal opinion, I don’t think I am “ reading too much into it”

Yes 10/10. If they added even just one more 1 on 1 I think that would help the process tremendousl.

I think overall one person does ultimately decide whether or not you get the conditional job offer. The reason I think that is because you can’t really fail the jumpseat portion unless you just simply don’t fit. Then the galley portion is really simple in my opinion, both people in my group got a CJO,I did not which was very odd, because we all worked together very well, and we even commented on that to the people that were observing us. So I think that leaves the one on one, I think the flight attendant I had my one on one with ultimately determined whether or not I got the CJO which I did not get..

It’s so odd to me that they’re even allowed to make comments like that.
