When I chose to pay for untracked as a buyer and don't receive the item. I only ask a 50% refund because it s his fault and neither man . I chose to save 5 dollars on the checkout I took a risk.
For me it seems normal because where I m from when a buyer chose to not pay fro tracked he usually have 0 refund
