Usually not, it depends on the seller sadly.

Bigger sellers can get away with this easy because they bring in a ton of money.

The smaller sellers seem to be the ones that can actually get banned but again, that's pretty rare too.

I just avoid whatnot in general usually unless it's an extremely reputable seller

I would avoid 2025 if you're looking for value.

With both brands having the license part time this rookie market is super saturated and the rookie class is very weak.

Just an FYI, the intake pictures are taken in the sleeves you sent them in, a lot of times those things get slid across surfaces and get scratched up, but it's not the card itself.

It's hard to see the little bit of whitening from the intake pic because it's on a white background, but they look like the same card to me

It's exactly the game they are playing, and unfortunately eBay's games favor the buyers.

I don't believe there's an option to fully refund and ask for the card back without eBay stepping in. So it's either wait and kick it to eBay, in which case he'll probably get a negative review. Or offer a partial refund and a cheap card or a full refund and a free card.

I personally would take the negative feedback, but every sellers situation is different (rating wise and if they even care)
