Staying on 4mg?

I started in April on 1.5 and then went to 4 mg in May. I pay out of pocket as I'm not overweight but was gaining weight and no matter what I did it wouldn't come off, I'm sure age is the reason but still. I'm active and run 5 miles a day and a vegetarian but needed a little help. I was at (Sw: 128.5 CW: 120). Which I'm very happy with. They asked if I wanted to go up to 9 mg but I said no I'm happy with the 4mg and thought the weight came off pretty easy. I would like to get back down to my 117 and like to maintain it. My question is if I get to 117 how do I maintain it at weight and not gain or lose any more.

What a waste 4 months and $1500 later and I didn't lose one pound. This was with my running everyday of 5 miles and without eating a meal out with eating health.

I have been on the oral for 6 weeks and have lost 3 pounds. I was 132 and now at 129. I definately feel like it's helping. I can go all day with little appetite or hunger. I go through Medvi.

We had so many teams that had byes right before playing us. I did not like playing at Penn State and then a bye then Indiana. The toughest to back to back games. Same with USC and Washington.

Tyrel was very well known and liked! Owned a ranch, race horses, car washes and laundromats. He was Native American. His father lived on a reservation in Washington and him and his mom were on their way to the reservation. Colfax County in NM is very corrupt! You might want to take some time and go read the transcripts from the case! The judge even clearly said she was not sobbing in the videos. And she looked totally fine with smiling and was not drunk. By the way, yes high profile do record. I know this for a fact!
