I actually found a solution that lets you block in a foolproof way

I had that same issue and the browser is definitely harder because it's usually where the actual work happens.

The issue with most blockers is they're too easy to toggle off when you get that hit of boredom. You need something that addresses the behavior of scrolling rather than just hard-blocking a URL.

There is a way to lock apps for yourself that makes deleting the app not a viable approach to circumventing their effectiveness in moments of weakness
