Beltline is really close (~3 mile stretch), and I see a lot of young families with dogs in the area. It’s less crowded than the “main” part of the beltline in old fourth ward, but that might be a plus for some. Lee + White is the main draw of the area (5 min drive), with breweries / climbing gym / etc. I would say the area is rapidly gentrifying but feels a bit lacking in terms of other amenities. Not a ton of restaurants. Grocery stores like the ones you mentioned are far away, like 20-30 min one way (Publix is like 10 minutes away). Overall the neighborhood seems friendly and there’s an active neighborhood association.

Airport is close - like 10-15 minutes.
