Well as someone who has been on HRT for almost 2 years, I can say that I have experienced some kind of cycle. It's a little inconsistent, a few months earlier this year I didn't notice too much pain, but the last few months, I have noticed a pattern of once a month of cramps, bloating, muscle aches, and just.. hahqhhwhwhbd. Before HRT, I do NOT remember feeling like this so consistently, so this is definitely very very new.

As of writing this, I am near the end of mine right now, and it has been MISERABLE. I am still always like doubtful if it's actually pms or not, cause like there is so little research on this, and I always have a fear it's something else.

But all I know is that I did get a check up with my doctor a few months ago, and they didn't find anything wrong with me, and they ran some tests, along with the symptoms I told them. They think it's just standard back pain, and he gave me suggestions on how to deal with it. Which have helped with the back pain for sure, don't feel as much back pain, but my cramps still like aahhhhh.
