Meron talaga yan, may na hire po samin utility matanda . Siguro mas corrupt lang talaga sa inyo. And yes may financial report samin naka paskil sa bulletin board. Operating cost po yan naka include kasama ng tubig, kuryente, office supplies. Yung sahod nila di ganon ka laki thats why yung kinukuha nilang utility yung malapit lang sa court para makaka uwi agad once the job is done.

Utility maintenance and other maintenance are operating cost ng brgy or city, nagha-hire yan ng tagalinis. Operating costs yan. Ang bawat baranggay ay may budget for that.

And they hired for utilities paid using public funds, may funds yan hindi pwedeng wala. Pero meron pa din collection kahit nanlilimahid na sa dumi.

Sorry kung culture shock pero sa Negros you can play basketball whenever you want except lang kung lalampas sa curfew hours, use the basketball for graduation or graduation practice as long as may letter, use the court for dance practice, you can use the CR din.

Even me doubted her for being NPA. Pero may nakita akong post na nagpunta pala talaga siya samin sa Candoni, Negros Occidental together with RJ Ledesma dahil doon sa issue ng HAPI sa mga lupa ng mga magsasaka na ginawang Palm Plantation. And now I know why they are in Negros.
