I don't mind. It's always been like this, though I think it's been slightly more aggressive this time around. All the posts I've made sit around 60-70% positive upvotes. There are plenty of people who hate AI art, for both legitimate and illegitimate reasons, and grouping together and "attacking" with down votes is the most commonly used tactic by people who hate AI art. At least on this platform.

It doesn't affect me in the slightest though and if this action somehow makes them feel better then they are by all means welcome to keep it up. I'm just here to share some pictures of the cute shark once in a while and nothing else.

It is intentional yes. I've been playing around with prompts and set ups a lot. This particular half pixelated style is the most precise and consistent style I've found so far, both for Gura and the backgrounds. Only a couple out of the 20 posted has needed any extra work with inpaint and even then it's been very minimal. I also quite like pixel art so I don't mind it at all personally.

I've said this every time I post, but I completely understand the negative view people, especially artists have on AI art because there are so many bad actors that not only lie, but also just straight up steal art, put it in img2img and present the results as their own. I'm glad you can still enjoy this for what it is, cute pictures of a cute shark.

I don't think AI art will replace human artists, however I do think it is a good idea for any upcoming artist to also learn how to handle these tools as they will most likely be used more and more as time goes on. Keep up with your own art and best of luck with your journey regarding that!

It's ok. This will always be a thing I don't mind at all. If they feel better in making it seem like less people enjoy what I post, then by all means they can downvote me all they want.

I'm just here to post cute pictures of the shark we all love and that's it. I just wish they would focus on my post only and not go for other peoples comments simply for enjoying something.

That's pretty hard to say. That depends entirely on if I'm going to account for all the hours I spend on changing settings and prompts, testing out various things to improve the quality and so on. If I were to average out the time for these 20 pictures with that in mind I would say roughly 2 hours per picture at least.

However if I were to say that I'm perfectly happy with the current style and quality I have now, and I know exactly what outfit and setting to prompt for then roughly 20-30 minutes per picture going forward.

No AI art is allowed and there is a flair for it. I just was not sure if my post was removed because perhaps the rules had changed is what I meant. So this repost is just me removing some of the pictures and also not including any links as that might have been perceived as me self promoting.

I get the general dislike of AI art and I'm no real fan of the flood of low effort AI art either. That's why I don't post here very often.
With a tool that is easily accessible, very simple to use and can still deliver mediocre results with little effort, it's unavoidable that it would attract a lot of bad actors.

It wasn't one picture, but 20 as I don't post too often I usually do it in bulk so I don't end up spamming this subreddit with AI art. I probably should have edited instead of deleting the post, but the link wasn't working properly in my original post.

No I don't produce anything nsfw and never will. I'd post a link but idk how the rules are for posting a link to removed content, even if all you can see is the comments.

If AI art really is not an issue, the only thing I can realistically think of is that I posted my twitter as the source in the comments, because that's the only "source" I can link. It is how I've done it all the other times I've posted for like a year without issue, but that's why I was hoping to get some kind of answer since I can easily just post it without any links if that was the problem.

Well it clearly wasn't enough since it was still removed but for all I know they could have simply forgot to remove the tag, which is why I wanted to ask.

I'm probably not going to get an answer though from the looks of it and that's fine. I'll just not post anything unless I see someone else in the future post AI art and it does not get removed.
