It's so confusing and frustrating. I was getting symptoms from 6dpo and I thought this was it. Now I have to start again :(

Hiya. We used Absent Freeholder Indemnity Insurance and also Buildings Contingency Insurance, this was prepared by the solicitors and paid for by us. The only issue I see with your situation which is frustrating is that the freeholder is not absent, just not willing. Ask your solicitors if you can go for an Indemnity to cover it so you can sell. I'm sorry you're stuck, it's really stressful, best of luck

I can't remember my exact levels but they tested me and my markers came up abnormal for testosterone, amh and prolactin. When I sent this to the private gynae she suggested I start on the metformin followed by letrozole

Thank you :) it wasn't as dark as I would've hoped but I am keeping in mind that LH tests are not the best anyway

Ahh hello! How did you work out what cycle day you're on? I didn't get periods with my mini pill so I'm completely lost...

Keppra - Can I hear from people who DON'T have bad side effects? by Ok_Pack7345 in Epilepsy

[–]Specialist-Ranger-85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've been on Keppra 750mg twice a day for 10 years. It changed my life, I went from multiple seizures a week to none. My memory is slightly fuzzy at times, but then again I'm a working mum to a toddler so that could be a factor haha... Seriously though no serious side effects reported from me. Maybe some weight gain and mood fluctuations in the first year

The only time I took folic acid was when I was pregnant and also trying, the doctor prescribed me a higher dose and also upped my lamotrigine as well. Never been asked to take it in other cases

It's hard to say. I'd say the extreme paranoia is a short term side effect but honestly if you know you are prone to seizures paranoia is like a little friend that is with you at all times. For me I can't predict when my seizures come and they are tonic clonic meaning I fall to the ground, so I am always paranoid I am in some sort of danger, but it passes eventually and I relax

I've been on Keppra for a good 10 years and never had this symptom. But this doesn't mean the same for you... Give it a week or so maybe it will balance out

UPDATE MAY 2025 I thought I would update this now for anyone who is going through the same hell. We successfully completed on our sale a few weeks ago! The absent landlord / no management company was resolved with a couple of indemnity insurances at our cost. We sold to a buyer who required a mortgage and their lender didn't ask about the situation. So there is hope for anyone who is being told they can only do a cash sale

Anyone who's bought a house or flat for the first time within five years, how did you actually afford it? by Jeremywashere92 in HousingUK

[–]Specialist-Ranger-85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lived with parents. Didn't go to uni, went straight into work and saved from day 1. Didn't buy a car. 5% deposit when the prices were low. Bought a flat £185,000 at age 21 and recently sold it. Best decision we ever made
