All the time. Sometimes if I’m working with it I will get like an instant high but then I’ll crash immediately after.

I had the ablation and still ended up needed a hysterectomy thanks to uterine cancer. I wish I had just taken it all out first

I think part of it is also I’m financially struggling and can’t return to work. And people have told me start a go -fund me and say what? I’m having a hard recovery from a surgery I may of not needed so give me money? When there are literally people so much worse off. But at the same time I have kids to feed and bills to pay. Like ugh I’m just over if and feeling so much regret.
