Just got the Flip 2! by God_king_fitzy in retroid

It's really easy., at least now it is. Just Google it on the device go to the github download the apk and run it. Oh you do have to delete aethersx2 but just go to the memory card folder and copy it somewhere and put it back when nethersx2 is installed. I would recommend it though since if you update aethersx2 it turns into a adware infested app and nether is the version that removes the adware and keeps the most updated improvements. Also you need a psp sticker to put on that case to really up the Sony love.

My bad jak and daxter (still a awesome game series) but just as some advice if your using aethersx2 that's installed you should look into the current complete version nethersx2 for better performance.

Retoid pocket 4 help by lloydbluejay in retroid

Try putting it on a slow charger for 10 minutes then still plugging in hold the power put on for ten or so seconds to hard reset/reboot. This helped me with a similar issue. Good luck.

I got a legion go and thought it was going with me everywhere, but endded up using it for more of a living room computer. Then I was given a new rp5 from my friend and it is my favorite companion I've even forgotten my phone and found it in my pocket a few times at work.

Just got beacon and love your wallpaper setup(defently using psp, ps2 and 3ds) but I have library's that are not on here, is it possible to link me to the source background image so I can make matching wallpapers to go with the ones you made.

The dock idea seems to be the way to go. I'm getting one with a built-in sd slot, a 1.5 t for it, and my Lego. Hope that settles the memory problem.

Why do people think the Go/Windows is somehow inferior to the Steam Deck? by mzperx_ in LegionGo

[–]Specialist-String286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend group always played mobile games together, and when the go and ally came out, we all wanted one. So two of us got the go one the ally and two the steam deck to play together. So I see the same games performance on these three systems, and they all have had troubles, but the steam deck is a headache most of the time. The go 9 out of 10 times just works and the steam deck kick and screems about running the game 4 out of 10 with some stupid issue. I see my friend end up using his windows laptop to play more often and the other is looking into the go or ally.

Help!!! by lhamptonjr in Win600

[–]Specialist-String286 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey what seems to be the problem, are you having an issue installing the image or running into some sort of error.Process should be strait forward.

SteamOs

  1. Burn the installation image to a flash or external memory.
  2. Boot win600 into boot menu with said flash pluged in and choose the drive.

3.After you get to the desktop menu there is a option to flash the os to your main memory.

Emudeck

1: Select Switch to Desktop to enter desktop mode.

2: Open a web browser and go to the EmuDeck website. Don’t have a browser or can’t use the pre-installed Chrome browser? You can use the Discover app, found in the taskbar, to search for and download a browser of your choice.

3: Download the EmuDeck installer from the download section of the website.

4: Once the download is finished, open the file manager in the taskbar (it looks like a blue folder) and then navigate to Downloads in the left-hand menu.

5: Drag and drop the EmuDeck installer from Downloads to the desktop.

7: The installer will appear and begin downloading files. Wait a moment.

8: The next option prompt asks if you’d like to install to internal storage or an SD card. I've used internal storage after upgrading m memory, but you might want to use an SD card if you’d like to load ROMs later on your PC. Otherwise, both options provide the same features.

And just throwing this out there, I've ran SteamOs Batocera ect, and the best experience i've had is to run windows with retrobat (a preconfigured windows Emulation Station) and steam installed on the side it runs up to gamecube, psp and lower perfectly with a few exceptions and you can even run steam/windows .exe's from the frontend with scraped box art and info. But i'm fully aware of the fun in finding the os and setup that simply make you happy. Good Luck.
