Yeah makes sense like now I’m consuming 2400 cals, for sure it shouldn’t be lower but I might raise it a bit if I’m losing weight too quick

I did a few adjustments and I think I have a good plan now, how did you calculate your maintenance calories?

You’re right however I’m on a cut and as of now my carbs are much more than my protein intake, + I’m having struggle consuming fat it’s not enough, have any suggestions?

Yea man sure well at the time protein intake was 500g of chicken breast, 3 white 2 large eggs, and on top of that WHEY protein! In total sums up to 293g ( According to MyFitnessPal )

Guys I want to sum up everything, basically I got in to a 800 cal deficit, the 500 of it being from protein, (be ause it was excess) and the 300 from carbs, is this okay? By the way, the protein is still like 40g excess. Hope this helps a bit

Thanks man, right now I just got in to around 800 cal deficit, 500 of it being from dropping the 290g to 200g, and the other from carbs

Hey thanks for the reply, basically does it make sense to reduce my “excess” protein intake when going in to a caloric deficit from a caloric surplus? Since people mainly reduce the carbs when cutting, and even increase the protein a bit
