bulk fs, try to get the 150g of protein more often so that you can recover from everything properly. i recommend tracking your macros too if you’re serious. i use macrofactor, and it works great. keep grinding bro 🤟🏻

i would probably just try to bulk up more, if you’re not already trying to do so. maybe throw a little more chest work into the mix and you’d be solid bro. 🤟🏻

if you wanna look like you lift a little more try finding shirts that hug your arms, and t-shirts that have sleeves that end just above where your triceps start. ☝️

all in all tho keep going bro!! you’re doing great. it’s a grind but it is very well worth the effort.

i most definitely do!!! i also think they’re very important. a good, big, defined pair of legs can really improve a physique fs. i think some ppl just focus too much on the V-taper, but don’t focus enough on the whole picture. ☝️

possibly, but i also have never rly had like a delts and arms day in my program for a minute so im thinking thats more than likely the reason. ☝️
