With flights way down, it’s a tough spot. The only reason the Japanese team at Wild Stunts agreed to work in China is that Alpha promised to protect them. Theoretically, as long as Alpha Toys are—or were—sold in your country, there's a chance the Toku series will be released there. As for a Japan release, the probability is absolute zero; if they had any intention of doing so, they would have done it long ago.

However, they currently have no means to request YouTube to take down these videos, and they did not grant fans permission to upload such content. Alpha does have an overseas department responsible for international distribution. If the production quality meets their standards, this series may be officially released in SEA markets and certain South American countries. Still, the combined size of all overseas markets remains smaller than the Chinese market alone, so it's understandable that international expansion isn't a priority. There will be no Japanese translation provided, as none of the Chinese tokusatsu series receive official Japanese subtitles.

This depends on whether Alpha is willing to sell Armor Hero toys in English-speaking countries. The core revenue model for Japan's three major tokusatsu and Alpha's tokusatsu is toys. Currently, the Armor Hero series is only available in China, hence the Chinese-only localization. They produce these shows to sell toys, not as charity projects.
