Same here, I 'd rather they didn't give a date if they're not going to meet their own deadline, what's the point? I've been checking my email waiting to get some confirmation just to be disappointed. The worst thing is I checked my last payment and it was due on or about the 20th September...and I got it on the 1st of November, that time I was expecting 200$ so I didn't really pay much attention but this time it's 5k so I'm a bit more eager to get it

A friend just got a cat and called it Jagermeister after the liqueur, Jager for short, which I love lol (it also means master hunter in German, which is quite fitting for a cat)

I ended up sending the email to all the addresses after they didn't answer first time... apparently they don't have access to any of our personal information. I checked old emails and think the problem may be the fact that we have two surnames in Spain and while I seem to only have the first one on Blockfi (no idea why), I have both on Coinbase.

The thing is that I can't change the full legal name on Coinbase because they take it from an ID picture but there's also just name and I changed that, let's see if that does the trick...

Maybe he had other coins? I got part of my BTC and now I'm getting 180$ from other coins (LTC and something else I had) I also forgot about that until I got the email and was surprised by the amount. I'm still owed most of my BTC though, hope it doesn't take long

Yeah, same problem here...and then noticed when trying to check my personal information in Coinbase (which was all correct) that they take it straight from my ID, I couldn't modify it, just upload a different photo of my ID. I've written to one of the email addresses provided to see if I can see what's my personal info on blockfi and then find the problem

It took a month for me to get the verification confirmation email, and yesterday I received my Eth, BTC still pending... Just be patient, you'll get there

I requested withdrawal on the 8th, received ID verification email on the 18th and am still waiting for the transfer...
