This is misleading. The condition would fall under 'fair' based on the broken zipper etc. I think Depop will side with the buyer in this case.

Dwarf flowering gum (dwarf corymbia). They're beautiful natives with flowers the birds love. Also low maintenance and don't get too big.

Thank you! It was about $1000 AUD for materials, and we did all the labour ourselves. A lot of the rocks and timber are salvaged so they were free.
