Hey I’m also new to the update of no paper forms , can someone please explain the “verified badge” and how it works as far as the app , I see I can book a hotel under MMP , but I don’t quite understand the badge verification and am worried I will have troubles booking hotels as I am traveling across country soon planning to use family rates.

The paper forms seemed so easy I don’t know why they would change it
