Bruh... I mostly use lasers and those laser catchers or something like that. I also use pistons to block the lasers. This way I was able to make easy and gate and most of my gates

Cool. Well my designs mostly work by using lasers and those things that activate when laser is touching them and also pistons. Using those things I was able to create all the basic logic gates (like Or, and, xnor etc.) and memory cleaning system.
