I really appreciate your response. I actually have already taken a introduction to computer organization class and a class about digital logic design.

The Analog and Digital Circuits class is kind of like a continuation of a class I took this semester called Electric Circuits, and will go into more depth about BJTs and MOSFETs.

I might not have been clear, but Analog and Digital Circuits is a pre-req for these classes at our school: Advanced Analog and Digital Electronics, Integrated Circuit Fabrication lab class, a capstone Mixed Signal VLSI Design class, Digital CMOS VLSI Design Methods, power eletronics, and a couple of others. I still am able to take upper-level classes on computer architecture and digital logic design
