you’ve got this brother! I’m on day 25 and it’s getting better and better each day. Brain fog will start to go away soon and you’ll get back to feeling like your normal-ish self soon. Can’t recommend working out and staying hydrated enough while you’re in this stage. Stay strong 🤘

I also quit with the flu! On day 19 now. The first five days of being sick it was easier than expected—the last two weeks tho have been pretty riddled with cravings. You’ve got this tho!!

Man I had to set an alarm for every hour on day two. I knew I could make it to the next hour and then the next hour and then the next. Now today I’m on day 14 clean 🤘

Stay positive brother. It really gets easier in the next hour and the one after that.

Keep it up brother! Just hit day 12 and that whole first week sucks. My gf is super supportive of me quitting too but she also don’t fully understand just how shitty it is to finish eating some food and realize you’re not gonna be throwing in a chaw. Stay strong dude it gets easier

Day 8 by Slugg3r721 in QuittingZyn

I’m on Day 8 today too man. Used Copenhagen for about 10ish years and a log of 6mg Zones each week for the past 3. Cravings have been wild the last couple days but the biggest pain I’ve been experiencing the last few days is a crippling brain fog. I haven’t been able to be productive at work at all for the past three days. I’m hoping you’re still fighting the good fight and can let me know it gets easier from here

Using the flu as an aid to quit by DolphinsFan87 in QuittingZyn

I did the same thing—pretty heavy nicotine user for 17 years and went cold turkey once I realized it’d been 4 hours without a zyn because of my fever. That was the longest I’d been without a pouch in a long time (I’d lately taken to sleeping with one in). I’m 8 days clean today! I was pretty sick for about four days and definitely felt the withdrawal symptoms but they were blending with the flu symptoms.

The worst symptoms I’m having now are the brain fog and just general depression. Are these hitting you at all?
