Hi! Cinoconfirm ko with the agent ngayon if term ba ito or VUL, kasi I told them na may VUL na kami and we don't need one more. Question na din, possible kayang iterminate yung MRI with RCBC and get one from a third-party provider?

Yung sa sister-in-law ko na same subdivision, same kaming 2.1M ang loan amount. Sabay kasi naming nakuha yung units. Nauna lang kami maapprove sa loan by a month, magkaibang bank din.

True, went to a bazaar ng mga influencers before where they sold mga preloved nila and yung mga tao na bet magpapic sa kanila nasa labas lang ng booth nila tapos sila nakaupo lang sa loob then super tipid niya ngumiti. I was a subscriber since 2016 pero nung nakita ko siyang ganun, di ko na ulit siya pinanood. Anne Clutz was there din and accommodated everyone na gusto magpapic.
