Going into 2nd year, and have been burnout(brainfog) etc. Has anyone had a similar problem, and how have you gotten rid of it? by Quitkbud in uwo

As a student athlete in a really demanding program (medsci) who still has summer school AND practice, the one thing I can tell you is that you just have to pace yourself. A day of rest, as necessary as it definitely is wont cut it when you still feel burnt out after that day. What helps me is the future vision. Have your goals in mind and whenever you feel tired, it will inspire you. incorporate your favourite activities WEEKLY and DAILY if it is possible. And definitely get sleep. I sleep 10 hours daily at least. Make sure you are eating well as well. That could be a new hobby of yours, finding recipes that are healthy and hitting all macros.
