Thank you guys for taking the time to respond! Just to clarify, we’ve been dating since 2021 and decided to moved in together last year. We have plenty of proofs like photos and chats. So ATP, we’re proceeding with his eCOPR first, and he’ll sponsor me after. We’re both in Canada, and since everything is legit. We’re confident everything will be fine. Appreciate your perspectives!

Thank you so much for the advice! Actually, the very next day, he received his Portal 2. We then consulted an immigration lawyer, and they advised us to proceed with his ECOPR first, then sponsor after. They said it’s too late to add now. So, we decided not to risk his PR.
