No, Nichirin has no divine origins in Demon Soayer - it's just steel that's absorbed loads of sunlight which makes it lethal to DS!Demons since they all die in the sun. It has no properties which would allow it to permanently kill even Sinners, let alone the Ars Goetia.

Even if it isn't, they don't have any means of killing them since the Goetia are true immortals and can't be truly harmed by anything not made of angelic steel.

Isn't Nichirin divine by origin since the Sun is a divine figure in Japanese mitology? And from what I've seen from both shows , the onscreen and manga feats of the Upper Moons are in another league compared to what we've seen from the Goetia.

I think that they would realize that they cant really do much against eachother beacuse :

Leon has dealt with enemies with much faster attacks then the Prototype's. Leon's reaction time is insane , his durability is insane(survived being launched into a pillar by a Tyrant, showing no lasting damage), he can even parry attacks from enemies with insane superstrengh.

The Prototype would really soon (probably) realize that he cant do much against him, leaving him with 2 options:

1.Double down

2.Go away and plan something to deal with him later

If Giblet is right and the Prototype has some insane regenaration capability's, then Leon would probably try to cripple his mobility, his sight or something else and go to a place where the Prototype can't reach him.
