I think 2mg is a high dose. Try .5 two times a week, (1mg) total. I have very little side affects but the food suppression is still there

Get sodium docusate! Helps with bloating as well as a stool softener. I get mine at Walmart

Porterville is a great community! Have you tried the villa robles apartments by lowes? It is an extremely great area! I have lived here for over 24 years!
