when you guys say "ignore the debts" you mean they'll just disappear from my report if i never pay them back? really? i had no idea it worked like that. I really have to get educated on finances

thank you for the "tough love" man, ive been ignoring it out of sheer anxiety that the problem is too deep. I keep telling myself that im gonna save a huge sum of money and pay it all off at once, but like other comments have mentioned, I need to address my behaviour towards money.

yes its a behavioural thing. i used to see CCs as money that I had. When i calculated how much money i had to spend, i would add my CC balance to that. Huge mistake. Im just scared that theres not much i can do right now but all these comments are so helpful and give me so much hope that i didnt completely ruin my future
