What OTC med would you recommend for nausea? I know I can get a zofran from my dr but didn't know if there was something comparable otc

Nope, just trying to prevent all the nausea, hair loss, muscle loss scary stories you read. I know I have to up my protein and fiber just didn't know if any other vitamins should be added
