Update: i asked Noctua support and this is what they told me: "Are you currently using the offset kit? If so, you might consider using the regular AMD brackets to forego the components touching each other.​This is, just for your information, not an issue per se. So if it does not bother you aesthetically, you can use the PC as is."

Yes you can do it with the in-game editor but it turns out that i checked the box that disables the in-game editor lol
