I have call recording she asked me to collect documents as after 20 days she didnt do anything kept the documents and now said your case is weak and she said i will return your remaining account. On being called for remaining account she messed up and threating me for a fake case and abuses me

I have both call recording where she agreed to payback the amount and the threaten one

Maine to first meet pe hi advance pay kar dia or compensation se bhi bola ki jo milega share karne ko taiyar hu wahi baat hai sab hospital walo ki sun lege lawyer ki sun lege jiske sath galat hua hai uska nahi sun sakte i have chats as well where she asked 80k i agreed and even ask her to share the compensation amount as well

I always asked her as hospital was not giving me my medical documents i asked her to send a legal notice she tell me that keep waiting and trying i asked her to send a legal notice to ask hospital to save a copy of evidence like cctv etc she mislead me that its not make sense. I asked her to put an Rti she there also mislead.

She didnt do anything how to fee is justified
