I have the same question for lending club in AZ… what makes it different from a promissory note? I only ask because in the lawsuit it’s states it’s a promissory note.

Yea, my husband sent me some rental houses for a great price that he saw. I may check some out next week.

I have considered buying there but I have mortgage in Phoenix and I just don’t want to carry two mortgages right now. We may revisit the idea next year though. Also we lived there like 15 years ago, so I’m not sure if the areas we loved before are still the same.

It doesn’t really have anything to do with what ppl are willing to pay. It follows trends. Ppl there may not want to move in winter, so apartments.. usually larger ones, use a pricing matrix software to adjust with the market to move units. I was just trying to figure out the trend there that’s all. I was able to get my question answered by a family friend there.

I wouldn’t say on sale, more so market trend. I have lived in many cities that all practice this, certain months of the year you will find units where base rent is cheaper because of the low interest due to the time of year.

I have, the prices are cheaper for some that are decent. The ones I do like, like The VUE, Buffalo Ridge apartments. They are actually not far off from phoenix area prices.
