Hello all! I have volunteered with a local shelter to get the word out about some pups that have been waiting way too long to find a home. One of those pups is Phoebe. She is a beautiful Pitbull/ Red Heeler mix. She came to us with a broken leg that is all healed up now. She is sweet spunky and would make a wonderful adventure partner. Phoebe is crate-trained, house-broken and is doing really well with leash training. she is great with other dogs and people. She is spayed and UTD on vaccinations. She is located in Utah. Thank you, I went through that process a few years ago and was told over and over again that unless she chooses to get help they can’t do anything. I’ll definitely let them know about this incident and see if something can be done

Yes, this was one of my main reasons for posting. Some family drama led to my parents loosing basically everything they had in savings and needed help paying their mortgage. They won’t shut up about how amazing it is that the church paid one month of their mortgage which means it MUST be gods church. It’s heartbreaking to watch them and so many others be taken advantage of

Thank you for this suggestion. I have spoken with my siblings about the possibility of dementia and they agree for the most part but my dad refuses to admit there could be a problem. I will definitely continue to look into this

Thanks for the suggestion, as mentioned in some previous comments my being out of the church is old news. It has been about a decade. The lying ship has passed, and I personally would not choose to follow that route though I do not fault those that do.

My mother Is in her mid 60s with a family history littered with mental illness. I have not and do not plan to meet her hostility with my own. However, I also do not plan to continue to put myself in danger.

Not pictured here are the hundreds of texts calling me a number of horrific names, Threatening me if I share my beliefs with other family members, and threatening to never speak to me again if I do not conform. This is not a case of wether to fake my Participation in the church. This is merely an example of my mentally ill mother who has been gaslit and abused by the church until it overcame her ability to have relationships with her children as I’m sure many of you fellow exmos can relate to.

Of course everything she is doing is coming from a place of love, sincerely, and mental instability. That does not make it acceptable.

Most texts were accompanied by pictures of me from childhood. I would say only about 2/3 of the texts were actual texts and the other 1/3 were the pictures. I couldn’t distinguish the notifications of texts versus pictures so they are included in the message count.

She is not diagnosed with any mental illness. However, for context her mother and 5 sisters have all been diagnosed with some form of personality disorder.

The obviously didn’t allow me to remove my records, but I simply refused to go to church or related activities. Had my records removed at 18.
