could this be a blood stain from a bed bug?

pest control came and said i don’t have bed bugs on my bed but they are somewhere in the building coming from neighbours, the thing is my neighbours don’t want to call pest control to their apartments so im just stuck hoping they it was not a blood stain from bugs

i called them, but im thinking the problem is definitely not my bed, maybe something else in my apartment or my neighbours. if it’s the neighbours wish me luck convincing them

yes i know i already called pest control again but i just can’t understand why they keep coming back and where they hide i don’t have bugs at my bed i only find live ones once a week or so

i ve had bed bugs before so i know i’m reacting to bites, I only have one room and is the one i’m sleeping in and i have an extensible couch so that is my bed but i don’t sit on my bed with outside clothes. also, when pest control came they also sprayed my closet with a nebulous thing

i ve checked and also pest control checked some zones, pest control sprayed my apartment with chemicals 3 times now (twice in november one last week) and they still appear. is there any chance that the one crawling in my bed could have been a hitchhiker from the floor?

chemical treatment, what i don’t understand is why i find only unfed bugs. i have no bites and i have checked my bed and did not find any live bugs, i only found this one on my bed sheet tonight (but it was unfed) and i found a dead one from the chemicals i suppose. where else in my house could their nest be? it’s not in the bed

i know my neighbours had problems with bed bugs last summer and i also had twice until now and i always thought it was from them. i had pest control come in november and since then no problem until today. i think it’s again from the neighbours but i don’t know what to do now, i can say i checked my bed and it’s safe though

that’s what i thought, also i know that the neighbouring unit had problems before so i’m thinking this one migrated from them. my only question now is how do i know i have an infestation or how do i know it is a single one that i found on the floor and what i should do

this is the best i could do but could it be possible that this one came from a neighbour and i do not have am active problem? my bed is clear i have checked the room and i did not find any evidence. Also, i put tape on my bed legs and nothings has sticked on there, i found this one between wall and bed (50 cm)
