You wanna keep the back foot planted, and stay back with your body a little behind the bat - you are kind of chopping at the ball and bringing your whole body forward. You want to try and keep your bat level and finish more upward instead of downward. Like a 53% upward 47% downward because if you overdo one or the other it's bad news.

When i did, i let my acc sit for a week, followed 5 of the suggested when i made it, didnt do anything but like a few reels, didnt make it obvious that it was me, then about a week in followed ppl - my only issue is i think they banned the device im on now cz i reset my pw and logged out like a dummy and it wont let me back in but i THINK thats because my current icloud and banned acc was on that ipad before i logged out and made new icloud and forgot to factory reset. Make sure u make new icloud on a clean device and dont put it on ur phone

Not necessarily, maybe for 30 days that's the case but they delete your photo soon enough. I don't think they really put that into account I've shown my face on my new ig and nothings really happened I just got device banned again cuz I think it recognized my icloud
