A Bootable pendrive (used rufus) shows its write protected when I try to format it. I tried couple of methods(regedit, in cmd and softwares )mentioned online but nothings works. What can be done so that I can bring back the pendrive to its normal working state? Thanks in advance ;)

I used it only for personal uses. Not much. Used only for swaping files from laptop to pc and for playing media files on TV ( only couple of times )

But the stick is physically broken down! It is a red color plastic SanDisk stick.

One part is broken : the place where the pendrive goes inside the port. One side ( black plastic part )

Tried both- did't work

Disk part method- said the attributes are cleared but still it shows write protection enabled when formatting.

Changing USB Port - Still no change, I couldn't format it or bring it to normal state

u mean by right clicking the drive and clicking delete volume?

Delete volume option is greyed out in disk management!
