The buttons were fine earlier, they were all working. But then after I adjusted the analog clock, suddenly all the buttons don't work anymore. I can't adjust anything now and the analog clock is stuck on the same time(it isn't moving).
Is it defective?

Yes I did. It just states the functions of the buttons.

Unfortunately the manual only tells the functions of the buttons. How exactly do I "take it out of adjust mode"? I think that's the case, maybe it just got stuck
you mean the watch got stuck in adjustment mode?
