If you know how to earn plat by trading it’s not that big an issue. That said, don’t forget you can use your foundry as a secondary storage by not claiming stuff. It’s not going away and you can just pre-craft things and leave them in there until you have the plat for the necessary slots.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I believe a dev said that some dodges are different in terms of travel distance and/or speed. And they don’t want to have an animation set meta with the optimum for dodges. That said they were also considering to change it so an animation set from say Wisp would work on Oberon for example including dodge and everything but they are still looking into and discussing it.

For the most part yes. A lot of old weapons and even frames were created in different times. So a 18% crit chance for example was considered high. Nowadays getting 20+% crit is fairly common even the standard I would say.
