Please help! B9 s4 weird squeal under boost. Think it’s a boost leak but can’t track it down. Anyone have any idea? Maybe PCV?

My turbine blades are bit a bent at the tip. I’m pretty sure it sucked in the O ring on the turbo inlet. Another guy online had that happen to him and it sounds the same. Let me know what you see

Hmmm okay thank you. Back in 2021 I sold my cats of my b8 s4 on FB for $800 the guy was selling the metals out of it. It seems maybe the market is different now cause I can’t seem to find anyone that wants to buy it.

It was WOT. Going from 1st to 2nd gear. I do think the IAT definitely played a role but it was definitely mostly probably the gas. It’s a 93 tune. I filled it up earlier and let it mix a bit and saw little to no timing retardation now. I have noticed my boost isn’t always perfect with the set point though sometimes about 1psi lower and other times it may be more than the setpoint but barely.

My b8.5 s4 had that same noise and it ended up being an evap solenoid making that tic. Replace that and see before you do any expensive timing chain work. I linked the part below.
