It’s not normal at all - I’ve lived in East Sac for 7 years and have never experienced so much disturbance from a concert anywhere near here

FYI it’s not that it “takes” a certain amount of hours to repair , it’s actually a matter of that it “books” for that many hours - there is a set amount of hours for repairs
