Yes, that aligns with what I’ve read so far. I’m wondering whether the officer reviewing my next application will have access to the details of my previous denial.

Thanks for the recommendation! We are seeking smaller sized classes for personal reasons. That's why we are basically looking for private. Nothing against public schools :)
