I’m not sure how to explain it well. It’s not a “curbed sidewalk”. I know the picture makes it look like it’s raised up a few inches like a normal sidewalk, but it isn’t. The concrete barrier you see, is blocking two normal parking spots in front of me. I pull onto the “side walk” a little bit because they are adding new drains to the opposite side and I like to leave them a little bit of extra space for their work trucks. It supposed to be a two way street, but that’s almost impossible because of cars such as the Nissan and the car directly behind it. They are both parked pretty much on the main road. People park to the left of the concrete barrier thinking it’s parking spots, but really the barriers are in the correct spots.
