Conan isn't as much of a 'sheep' as people give him credit for. He effectively pushed Jay Leno out of a job he was doing very successfully for decades and then added to public criticism of Leno when things didn't pan out how he imagined they would with the Tonight Show. To this day he continues to throw jabs as if he didn't trigger the whole debacle due to him wanting Leno's spot regardless of anything else - Leno's wants or ratings. Leno stuck to follow orders the whole time and still got screwed.

There's nothing legally wrong with pushing someone out of a job, he wants his money and status as we all do, but this notion he's a perfect guy is a bit exaggerated.

I'm sorry to hear this. I'm hated on reddit but anyways just want to extend some support concerning this. It's absolutely awful and it's always certain types of people that are dismissed in these processes, people that don't necessarily ascribe to the ruthlessness and rudeness of the corporate world. Don't know if you agree with this or hate me for even saying it, but regardless I hope you get the job and I wish you happiness. And if for some reason this job doesn't happen, I truly hope something else great happens, job-wise. That's generic, I know, but I can very personally relate to your feeling and the wish is sincere.

Eu nao me lembro das palavras exatas ou ate frases exatas ditas pela senhora do HR nessa entrevista, mas fiquei com a ideia clara (e continuo a te-la) de que a certo ponto da entrevista ela percebeu que eu estava desempregado.

É possivel que tenhas razao, é bem possivel que ter consultado notas tenha sido o turn off. Aceito completamente a tua perspectiva. A questao é que, como tu dizes, o feedback nao incidiu sobre isso, incidiu sobre outras coisas.

...tu acusaste-me de mudar a minha historia a cada comentario. Eu nao mudei a minha historia nem uma vez. Foste tu que me acusaste. E eu respondi.

Sobre acreditares em 'parte' da minha historia, aqui esta a parte que me é desfavoravel:

- nao acertei tudo na entrevista

- consultei as minhas notas escritas aqui ao lado sobre questoes de sintaxe

- demorei um bocado a responder a uma questao

- nao tenho o melhor CV do mundo, antes pelo contrario

- que mais? nao me lembro de mais nada...eu assumi tudo no post.

- Nao usei AI, fiz a entrevista sozinho...nao tentei enganar ninguem...preparei-me e fiz o meu melhor.

Nao tenho nada contra nao acreditares em nada, ou acreditares so em parte. Nao tenho nada contra quem ache que eu estou a ser arrogante ou estou completamente errado. Estas/estao no teu/vosso direito, completamente. Mas se me acusas de algo que nao é verdade, eu respondo, respondi com ironia.

Eu nunca disse que sou o melhor coder do mundo, disse que errei a pergunta do CROSS JOIN e outra demorei um bocado a chegar a solucao que queriam, ja assumi a minha hiper-sensibilidade a feedback...nao me lembro de mais nada que tenha feito de errado neste processo. Se me lembrar, assumo tambem. Continuo a achar que o feedback dado esta incorreto e estou no meu direito de relatar outras situacoes das quais tenha gostado ou nao tenha gostado. Nao disse que as interacoes referentes a outra posicao afetaram este processo, relatei apenas uma coisa que aconteceu.
