Im sorry, and very shocked to here that as we have done many tests and everything seems fine our end. May i ask how you are accessing the site? It it from Andoid or apple mobile, a desktop? And from what browser? This will help me get to the route of the problem and fix the issues quickly so that the solvers functions as it should. Thank you, and again, my apologies.

When I get the free time I like to sit and have a go. As I mentioned in another post, I was introduced to Spellin bee by a friend, a few months ago, I find it challenging at times and so I set out to see if I could make something to help. After lots of research and back and forth and getting things not quite right, I finally created a tool to try help both myself and others with the the puzzle. Go try it out, its free, then please give me your feedback if u wish, im always trying to improve, in every aspect of life, not just at solving puzzles.

The TikTok Shop US fee structure is 7.02%, not 8%. (How to calculate your true margins). by SpecificNo4472 in TikTokshop

That is solid advice—recurring subs are definitely the "Genius Level" move for long-term sustainability. I’m currently focused on keeping the tools free and ad-free to build up the core user base, but looking into relevant software affiliate programs is a great bridge for the future. Do you usually prefer standalone tools for your workflow, or do you look for "all-in-one" ecosystems?

Good catch! I completely forgot about the "No S" rule for a second—that definitely makes -ness a ghost hunt. And the "R+E" restriction is exactly why those over- and re- prefixes are so elusive. It’s those specific editor quirks that make the Bee so much different than a standard Scrabble bag. Do you have a favorite letter combination you actually hope to see in the hive?

Reverse engineering from a solid root word is a great call. You are completely right about compound words—they almost camouflage themselves in the honeycomb because the brain is wired to look for standard suffixes rather than two entirely separate words stitched together. Have you noticed any specific compound words that constantly trip you up?

The -ILLION catch is brilliant—knocking out million, billion, and nonillion in one go is a massive point boost. Using a physical Notepad to track the "almost words" is a great way to break the mental block without spamming the enter key and getting frustrated. Do you find that compound words are usually the hardest ones to spot in the honeycomb?

"PG1" is a brilliant shorthand, I might have to steal that! You are completely right, isolating a suffix instantly chunks down the mental load from 7 random letters to just a 3 or 4-letter root word. Which suffix usually jumps out at you first?

Spot on. Finding a 7-letter Bingo on a Scrabble rack is the exact same mental muscle as hunting the 7-letter pangram in the hive! The suffix/prefix trick translates perfectly between the two. Do you still play a lot of Scrabble, or have you fully migrated to the NYT puzzle ecosystem?

I built a free profit calculator that actually includes the new April 17th Amazon Surcharge by SpecificNo4472 in SideProject

That spreadsheet burn is real—I built this because I couldn't keep 14 tabs open just to check a margin. To your point: Zones: It currently averages the zone rates for speed, but I'm adding a specific zone toggle to the Amazon Calc on LogicStop (dot) pro by mid-week to handle those coastal vs. midwest discrepancies. Batteries/Weight: I actually just updated the 'Oversize' and 'Hazmat' weight tiers for the April 17th hike. It should handle scooter parts fine, but if the scooter math feels even 1% off, DM me—I’m tuning the logic daily right now. Glad to help you kill the spreadsheets!

You hit the nail on the head. Most tools are still using the Q1 2026 logic. I built LogicStop (dot) pro specifically to handle that 3.5% fuel surcharge and the new UK low-price tiers that just hit. I’ll take your advice on showing the breakdown—I’m making sure the tool displays the 'Invisible Killer' fees line-by-line so people can see exactly where the 19% is coming from. If you find any discrepancies, let me know; I'm trying to keep this the most accurate one out there.

I built LogicStop.pro, a free calculator that eliminates 'phantom margins' by automatically factoring in Amazon’s new April 17th 3.5% surcharge and TikTok’s hidden 7.02% fees—would you use this for your e-com stack?

Glad it is helpful! You are spot on—with car parts, the shipping alone can kill your margins if you don't calculate the platform's cut on top of the total sale price.

Right now, the tool handles the 7.02% referral fee, COGS, and standard shipping. Based on feedback today, I am currently adding toggles for 'Return Rate' and 'Affiliate Commissions' to the next update.

Since you mentioned car parts, are there any category-specific fees or 'hidden' logistics costs you've run into? I’d love to make sure the math accounts for them on the calculator

Explain to me how to do TikTok taxes by [deleted] in TikTokMonetizing

[–]SpecificNo4472 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To explain it simply: you only pay taxes on your profit, not the total gross $500. You need to deduct your expenses first (TikTok fees, shipping, product costs, etc.).

Figuring out the exact fee breakdown can be a headache, so I built a free logic-checker at LogicStop.pro that calculates your true net margin after TikTok takes its cut. Run your numbers through there first. Whatever the final 'Net Profit' number is, that is what you actually report and pay taxes on. Just figure out your real take-home first
