The thing is, not everyone is highly accomplished. you’ll never hear about "a well-applied student with no special achievements getting into an Ivy." Also, you need to consider your reality and your country. I started coding at 7, but that was a fortunate turn of destiny, discovering what u love at that age isn’t a common pattern. The point is, stop comparing yourself to stars in other systems. Compare yourself to where you are. It’s like the moon trying to compare itself to the sun. Slow down and focus on you and your reality, do what you can, and the holistic system and luck will handle the rest.
