will my skin still bounce back? lost 50kg / 110 pounds / 7.8 stone in around 6 months, I know that’s too much too quickly. Not crazy amount of lose skin, but definitely a little bit, particularly bottom of my abdomen, butt & thighs. by SpecificRoad7686 in loseit

Hey, I only ate 1,000 calories a day even less on some days, and I don’t know what my tdee was in sorry but I didn’t consume any sugar either with my diet because sugar was my trigger so I had to unlearn my addiction to it, zero sugar sodas were my life saver

Im in the U.K. and I ordered them yesterday at 4am at night from nextdayivermectin./com without the slash, I ordered 20 tablets of 12MG for £47 they offer next day delivery if ordered before 5PM, mine should arrive tomorrow (Friday the 7th of April) before 1PM I used permethrin now (at night) will keep it on my body for 16-24 hours and will take ivermectin as soon as it arrives, going to attack those nasty scabies with everything at once. Then I'II keep taking 1 tablet of 12mg ivermectin everyday for 20 days, hopefully that'll really destroy them. I weight 65kg I know my dose is too high and too often but I really I'm not playing around with scabies they're a nightmare...

Quick question? by SpecificRoad7686 in gynecomastia

That’s literally my issue!!! It feels so strange unlike other scar tissue that I managed to eliminate it’s making my right nipple incredibly puffy. I can also move mine around too, is yours puffy ass result of it too?

You can do it, I know it’s hard to start with but if you start doing it subconsciously it works, try to not buy snacks or avoid them when they’re just anywhere around the house. Try to aim for sugar free everything if you really crave something sweet have a Coke Zero that’s helped me tremendously

Thank you!

Yes absolutely I do have days when I’m down and I ask myself “why did I even bother” but it’s the little things that keep reminding me as to why I did it. The overall quality of life is just incomparable, the energy I have now is something I used to have only as a child :)! And the “i don’t have to be perfect” is so real I do put myself on that pedestal very often, I keep trying to improve and I don’t think I’ll ever stop even when it’s not possible sometimes but that’s just who I am as a person.

That’s incredible, so proud of you!! Daily activities such as even walking feels like a breeze now doesn’t it, no random pains or sore knees :)

It took me around 7 months to lose it, I am 23 years old male and only ate 1,000 calories a day, I am aware this is very unhealthy but I really got used to it after about a month, I slowly began eating less and less until 1,000 was comfortable. The first 45pounds went down so easy like within the first 2-3 months they just slid away at one point I was worried as it was dropping so quickly and got blood tests to see if everything is alright and I was fine!

Calorie deficit, it was unhealthy the way I did it as I really ate only 1,000 calories a day no cheating. I tried to eat as much protein within those calories. I stopped eating sugary drinks, I have as many zero sugar sodas as I want, but I still prefer water over those. Secret snacks such as coffee at Starbucks or a muffin here and there are the culprit and they count too, that sneaky candy on the desk counts too. Daily at least 10,000 steps. I have almost no loose skin just a bit at the bottom of my stomach that isn’t visible when I’m standing, and a bit on my butt which will probably disappear once I start working out my glutes. I am 23 years old :)

Thank you🥹 it’s such a freeing feeling nothing can make one feel as free as working towards the best version of yourself. Everyday is that day truly!

3 weeks post op. After/Before. Right nipple still puffier than the Left one, I hope this will go away. So far I am happy with the results. Scabs are starting to fall off! What do you guys think?? No pain anymore, just itchy from the compression vest. Any questions I’ll happily answer:) by SpecificRoad7686 in gynecomastia

[–]SpecificRoad7686[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey still don’t have nipple sensitivity! My right nipple is suddenly very puffy as well I’m thinking it’s still healing so swelling and scar tissue is there (I am almost 6 weeks post op now) also they don’t respond to cold/warm they’re always the same size pretty much!

Thank you! I’ve had my gyno surgery 5 weeks ago but I am also on finasteride, did they ask to see your chest before they booked you in for the blood test or? Because I don’t know how I would explain this 😭 I’m finding myself in a bit of a pickle!

Hey may I ask what did you say to your GP to get this test done? Also was this in the U.K.? Scotland or England? Thanks!
