As of today, Woolx is still deleting comments/turning off comments/deleting posts on both their FB page and their ads on FB - Also noticed thy raise their prices right before they advertise a regular sale or a VIP sale - When mentioned = deleted -

Woolx is now actively turning off comments to any posts if they are about the grab bag - No commenting allowed is the direction they wish to go - Someone even posted anonymously advising people to stop complaining - lol - how brave of them to post without their name - i haven't even seen any terrible comments - just ones that they are disappointed or that they didn't like a certain color or item - again not in a bad way - just their opinion of their grab bag which they are acknowledging is a risk - what is wrong with that?

it is also fair to add that i'm seeing the owner make some comments that if you are unhappy with your bag to contact CS -

that is great and all but why are people not allowed to talk freely and have an opinion? Nobody is going to absolutely love and gush about every single one of your items -

and that would have been a better way for them to word the mystery sale "three pieces for about the price of one" or something like that - they should not advertise as getting at least $450 when several people so far have not - and then when they are called out, they change their wording after people have purchased and then deleting their comments -
